14-Days Money Back Guarantee

If somehow you change your mind, we will guarantee you your money back within 14 days.

You will have to deliver the items back to our address at 18/2 Udomsuk Soi 31, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260 within 14 days.

You will have to bear the cost of delivery (return) on your end. Upon receiving the Toscano product, we will refund you the price you paid for the item.

*This only applies for products bought via Toscanothai.store; does not apply to products purchased in-stores
*Only available for Thailand
*This Money Back does not cover the event in which you had done any damage to the product on your end. Product returned to us has to be in the same condition in which we gave to you.
*Personalized products (i.e. monogrammed) cannot be returned

ถ้าคุณเปลี่ยนใจ คุณสามารถที่ส่งคำขอรับเงินคืน (Refund) ได้ภายใน 14 วันหลังจากที่รับสินค้า

ลูกค้าต้องจัดส่งสินค้ามาออฟฟิศของเราที่ 18/2 Udomsuk Soi 31, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260 ภายใน 14 วัน 

ตัวลูกค้าต้องแบกรับค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งสินค้ากลับ เมื่อทางเราได้รับสินค้าเราจะทำการคืนเงินค่าสินค้าให้ลูกค้า

*สินค้าที่สามารถขอรับคืนเงินได้ ต้องเป็นสินค้าที่ซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์ Toscanothai.store เท่านั้น; ไม่รวมสินค้าที่ลูกค้าซื้อจากหน้าร้าน
*สิทธิ์ในการคืนเงิน สงวนไว้กับสินค้าที่ซื้อในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
*สินค้าที่สามารถขอรับคืนเงินได้ จะต้องไม่มีความเสียหายที่เกิดจากลูกค้าเอง ตัวสินค้าที่ส่งคืนมานั้นจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดียวกันกับที่เราส่งให้ลูกค้า
*สินค้าที่ได้รับการ momogram จะไม่สามารถคืนได้

 

Warranty Terms / เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า

Tocco Toscano's products are covered by a 12-month warranty (from the date of purchase), given that:

1. The product is used for the purpose intended
2. The product is used under normal conditions
3. The product is not subject to extreme conditions, neglect, accidents or abuse

Please note that this warranty only covers workmanship faults and material defects under responsible use. This warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. The warranty does not cover purchases made on online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers. Do note that shipping/transportation charges may apply accordingly. If any defect noticed upon receipt, product should remain unused. Once used, no exchange is applicable.

บริษัท Tocco Toscano ประกันสินค้าทุกชนิดของทางแบรนด์เป็นเวลา 12 เดือน (นับจากวันที่สั่งซื้อ) โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่า:

1. สินค้าได้ถูกใช้งานอย่างถูกต้องตามการใช้งาน
2. สินค้าถูกใช้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปกติ

3. สินค้าไม่อยู่ในสภาพที่ย่ำแย่ ถูกทิ้งขว้าง มีอุบัติเหตุหรือการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด

ทางบริษัท Tocco Toscano จะรับประกันสินค้าที่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของการผลิตเท่านั้น หรือวัสดุของสินค้ามีตำหนิ

อันซึ่งนอกเหนือจากการใช้งาน และการประกันสินค้าจะไม่ครอบคลุมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกระเป๋าที่เกิดจากการใช้งานอย่างธรรมชาติ การใช้งานปกติและการฉีกขาด หรือในกรณีที่เปลี่ยนใจในภายหลัง  และการรับประกันสินค้าจะไม่ครอบคลุมไปถึงการซื้อสินค้าของแบรนด์จากผู้ขายท่านอื่นที่นอกเหนือจากบริษัท และอาจจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมเนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ถ้าหากสังเกตเห็นตำหนิเมื่อได้รับสินค้า สินค้านั้นควรที่จะไม่ถูกใช้ แต่ถ้าสินค้าถูกใช้ไป 1 ครั้ง จะรับการประกันสินค้าจากทางบริษัทไม่ได้

Returns/Exchanges การคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า

Return/Exchange requests can be made only if they satisfy the conditions listed under our Warranty Terms. In order to make a Return/Exchange request, please email us at enquiries.thai@toscano-intl.com with:

1. Your order details
2. Your reason for a product return/exchange (include photographs where appropriate)

We will get back to you within the next two working days.

Please check your purchase(s) carefully upon checkout as we are unable to make changes once your order is logged in. It will automatically be processed by our third-party fulfillment centre.

Please note that monogrammed products are not eligible for returns and exchanges unless the item is defective.

All items must be returned in its original condition and in the original Tocco Toscano packaging.

ทีมงานจะติดต่อกลับภายใน 2 วันทำการหลังจากที่ส่งอีเมล

กรุณาตรวจสอบการสั่งซื้อของคุณอย่างรอบครอบในขณะที่หาข้อบกพร่องของสินค้า เนื่องจากทางบริษัทไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงออเดอร์ในภายหลังได้ กระบวนการจะถูกดำเนินโดยคณะกรรมการที่สามของเรา

สินค้าที่มีการสลักชื่อย่อจะไม่สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนได้ นอกจากสินค้ามีตำหนิ

สินค้าทุกชนิดของทางบริษัทที่ถูกส่งคืนจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่เหมือนต้นฉบับและอยู่ในแพคเกจจิ้งของบริษัท Tocco Toscano
